Job Description:
Head Chef/Kitchen Manager - The Old Store Snettisham
Recently chosen the best Coffee Shop in Norfolk and Suffolk (Norfolk and Suffolk FADA)
Why we're looking.
We are all about our team. We believe in promoting from within which resulted in our current Lead Brunch Chef's promotion to the Head Chef of our new restaurant in Thornham. We are at a very exciting moment of growing our business thanks to the amazing following and rising demand. Now, we need someone to take the reigns at our original, beloved Snettisham store.
It is a well run kitchen with well established systems so stepping into this role could be an ideal progression opportunity for someone who has previously worked at a Sous Chef level but feels ready to lead their first team.
Equally, this could be a great chance for an experienced Head Chef to step back from the gruelling split shifts and late nights and taking advantage of having evenings off while enjoying a vibrant and consistently busy workplace atmosphere.
The starting date we had in mind is early/mid January but we would be happy to welcome the new member on board from December (please bear in mind all our locations close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year - yet another perk rarely seen in hospitality)
