Job Description
Canon UK is seeking a proactive and experienced Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team.
You will be working within the IPSG (Integrated Printing and Services Group) B2B Marketing department and will own the development and delivery of key Partner marketing activities that help inspire our partners to choose Canon in every decision. You will ensure these activities deliver a tangible commercial return by working closely with the Indirect Sales Team to ensure the plans and strategies you activate are contributing to collective revenue and market share goals.
Co‑Marketing Campaign Management
* Create and execute integrated co‑marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, events, content) to support through‑partner demand/lead generation activity
* Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution
* Working with the product teams, coordinate partner launch activities including messaging, collateral, and enablement materials
* Leverage opportunities from industry/Canon events and sponsorships to drive new leads through partners
Content & Asset Development
* Develop newsletters, articles and promotional messaging to raise awareness among the partner community via our partner portal
* Create and adapt partner‑ready content such as landing pages and social content
* Work with design and product teams to ensure materials reflect brand standards and key value propositions
* Work directly with assigned partners to support their growth through joint value propositions
Partner Relationship & Enablement
* Shape initiatives that create engagement and loyalty from our partner community
* Lead the planning, creation and delivery of specific propositions that demonstrate value and inspire our partners to grow with Canon
* Ensure partners have the latest product information, messaging guides, and marketing resources
* Activate central delivered initiatives including responsibilities relating to the well‑established Canon Partner Programme and new partner onboarding
* Monitor and analyse industry trends, market shifts, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks relevant to our partner ecosystem
Event Support
* Assist in planning and executing partner events, including webinars, workshops, and our Partner Conference
* Manage event logistics, invitations, promotions, and follow‑up activities
Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Track both to‑ and through‑Partner activity and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI
* Provide partners and internal stakeholders with reports and insights to improve future initiatives
Other
* Manage the budget for partner marketing programs, ensuring cost‑effective strategies
* 3rd Party Agency Management: Work with external marketing agencies to develop assets and creative content

Location – 4 Roundwood Ave, Stockley Park, UB11 1AF
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Salary - up to £48,963 dependent on experience
Required
* 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within partner, channel, or field marketing
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Experience with content management systems or common marketing tools
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
* Marketing related undergraduate degree, or CIM Level 4 or above
* Experience working with technology, SaaS, or B2B marketing teams
* Familiarity with partner ecosystems and co‑marketing
* Creative thinking combined with data‑driven decision‑making
