You’ll play a key role in managing mortgage applications from start to finish and delivering exceptional customer service.If you’re organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What you’ll be doing:
* Managing mortgage applications from start to completion
* Collecting, checking and processing client & lender documentation
* Keeping clients, brokers and lenders updated throughout the journey
* Liaising with solicitors, underwriters and other professionals
* Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA requirements
* Working towards team targets in a fast-paced environment
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment
