Technical Services Engineer/Electrical SupportBristol - Hybrid£45,000 - £53,000 + bonus and BenefitsA global advanced engineering and technology organisation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide specialist technical support for complex engineered products used within highly technical industrial environments.This role will support customers and regional support teams in diagnosing and resolving product issues, delivering technical guidance, and supporting the introduction and maintenance of new products and system upgrades.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support for product and application issuesSupporting fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem resolutionAssisting with product introductions, upgrades, and maintenance activitiesProducing technical documentation, reports, and knowledge-sharing materialsCollaborating with engineering, product, and customer support teams globallyDriving technical solutions through to implementationExperience required:An engineering degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical backgroundExperience within technical support, field service, product support, or engineering environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently within complex technical environmentsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global engineering business offering hybrid working, long-term career development, and exposure to advanced technology products within an international support environment.TPBN1_UKTJ
