Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations
* Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high service standards
* Ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure
* Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health & safety standards
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
* Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service coordination
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
* Food & beverage knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety) are a plus
