As a Manufacturing Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing the hands-on skills, knowledge, and behaviours of colleagues, team leaders, and staff across manufacturing operations. Focused on delivering practical, workshop-based training – particularly in high-voltage electrical and lean manufacturing areas – you’ll be responsible for running engaging sessions that support business-critical competence and compliance. Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Trainer: Deliver practical, hands-on training in a manufacturing setting – both group sessions (typically 12–16 people) and 1:1 coaching.
