Key Responsibilities
Manage air and sea export shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods
Coordinate bookings, documentation, customs requirements, and carrier liaison
Communicate with customers, overseas offices, and suppliers to ensure service excellence
Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in forwarding systems
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in air and/or sea export freight forwarding
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms (preferred)
