We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor or Manager to work on a part time basis closely alongside our existing management team. The role requires a passion for the food and drink industry industry, for customer service and for leadership.

Role Overview: To develop the bar and restaurant in terms of service, staff development and training, promotion and marketing.
Responsibilities:
* To monitor the drinks and food served in all areas of the bar to make sure they are to the specification standard of the company
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, bars, courtyard and other areas of responsibility
* To ensure you are aware of all events, menu's and operation times of the business and these are communicated to your team
* To keep the bar and restaurant team both well-disciplined and motivated
* Ensuring your team are cash and transaction handling correctly
* To be a first point of contact for guests, assessing their needs and ensuring they are met
* To ensure that your teams are well trained and knowledgeable in all menus and products
* To set a good example to others around you, conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times
* To assess operational procedures and change and adapt where necessary
* To organise regular meetings and training sessions with your team
* To attend regular management meetings
* To become responsible for the opening and closing of the business, with responsibility for the building and all contents
