A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an additional Building Surveyor within their busy Cardiff office.
Role Features:
1. Office based in the City Centre
2. Fantastic APC training and support
3. Part of a Building Surveying/Project Management team of 35 people (across Cardiff and Bristol offices)
4. Dealing with a full range of instructions on a variety of commercial properties (very little public sector work)
5. Working with 'Grade-A' clients
6. Social and people-focused organisation

Candidate Requirements:
20. Suitable building surveying or construction degree (or equivalent)
21. At least 12 months of building surveying experience working for a consultancy or client-side
22. Motivated to progress their career and become MRICS
