As a Non-Contestable Coordinator at Last Mile, youll manage all aspects of the non-contestable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing through your organised, methodical approach and strong attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader, youll collaborate closely with the wider Accounts Payable team at our Head Office and work alongside the Design & Build management team across our UK offices. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries and ensure correct coding of non-contestable invoices. Reconcile non-contestable statements monthly and assist with control account discrepancies at month-end. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and relevant reports to support the teams efficiency. Provide cover for other Accounts Payable team members as needed and undertake any additional ad hoc duties.
