Job Description
We are working with a friendly, successful IT Support company in the Chichester area who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their growing business.
As a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and IT support to a variety of clients. This role is suitable for someone with experience in a similar role, used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include responding to inbound support calls passed from 1st line support, reporting problems via the helpdesk system for timely resolution, and maintaining excellent customer communication. You will also upgrade hardware and software with minimal impact to clients, and carry out site visits and on-site troubleshooting when required.
To succeed in this role, you should be proactive with a can-do attitude, possess excellent customer service skills, and have at least 1 year of experience working for an MSP IT support company. A driving license is necessary, and a passion for the industry is essential to stay updated with new technologies, legislation, and company policies.

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
