Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a HR Analyst to join our HR team at our Appleton Thorn site.
Based within the Stobart HR Team, you will be a key player in the production and delivery of our people metrics and data reporting. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and supporting continuous improvement projects across the HR function.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, offering a salary of £35,000 per annum plus package & benefits.
This role is based on-site five days a week; there is no hybrid working available. Due to the location, you will need to drive to and from the site.
Job responsibilities of HR Analyst include:
* Experience with i-trent is essential.
* Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from HR systems, ensuring accuracy daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
* Collaborating with HR and IT teams to identify system improvements for better data reporting and validation.
* Partnering with HR Business Partners to interpret data trends and offer guidance.
* Developing and maintaining the monthly reporting schedule, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Producing and analyzing large data volumes, identifying trends and variances, and making recommendations for efficiency improvements.
* Adhering to internal processes and striving for continuous improvement.
* Responding flexibly to MI support requests.
* Processing organizational structure changes in HR systems.
* Maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
* Preparing documentation and reports suitable for various audiences.
Qualifications
To apply, you should have:
* Previous experience with i-trent.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and VBA.
* Desirable: experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems like Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
* High accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
* Autonomous working ability and excellent communication skills to manage relationships at all levels.
