At PenCarrie, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT team and help shape the future of one of the UK’s leading B2B suppliers in the garment decoration industry.
🔍 What you’ll do:
âś… Lead business analysis for digital and ERP projects
âś… Gather and document requirements, user stories & specs
âś… Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
âś… Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
âś… Support change management and training initiatives
💡 What you’ll bring:
âś” Experience in business analysis within project environments
âś” Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
âś” Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, CMS platforms & UX/UI principles
