Job Description
1. Increase market share and development new business opportunities with automotive OEMs specifically Ford, GM, and Stellantis.
2. Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
3. Customer P&L responsibility driving revenue and margin growth, exceptional customer service and delivery, and ensuring program launches
4. Develop strategic roadmaps for key targets and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to grow market share and diverse product portfolio
5. Achieve and exceed Budget Sales and Gross Margin for your OEM customers
6. Ensure all reports, plans, forecasts and administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner both personally and for the team.
7. Drive performance with Sales Managers and Program Managers, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development
8. Meet all reporting deadlines as are set by senior management
9. Identify new and profitable opportunities with existing customers and leverage these to increase profitable sales with them
10. Provide regular and relevant feedback on Market conditions, competitor activities and progress towards business objectives.
11. Analyze the current market position,. the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
12. Participate in APQP meetings and follow up on commercial and customer related issues
13. Ensure continuous improvement in a change oriented culture.
