Residential Childcare Support Worker - 1:1 Support (Female Only) Full Time / Permanent - Poole Unqualified Rate: £14 per hour (plus sleep‑ins) Qualified Rate (Level 3/4): £15 per hour (plus sleep‑ins) Sleep‑In Payment: £65 per night Hours: 24‑hour shifts About Us We are a local residential care provider offering high‑quality, individualised support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, Autism, and social/emotional mental health needs. Many of the young people we support have experienced early trauma, and our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment. This role provides dedicated 1‑1 support, helping young people build trust, develop life skills, and move towards greater independence. All staff receive training in developmental trauma and therapeutic approaches.
