Then look no further Weighbridge Operative Hourly Rate £12.74 per hour Hours 40 hours per week (including weekends and bank holidays) Location & Postcode EnviRecover, DY10 4JD As a Weighbridge Operative at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for operating the weighbridge in line with company procedures, ensuring all waste movements are recorded accurately and safely. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week. Our promise to you

What will you be doing?
* Operating the weighbridge system and accurately recording all vehicle and waste movements
* Ensuring all documentation, including transfer notes, is completed correctly
* Monitoring and managing site traffic to ensure safe and efficient turnaround
* Checking that all waste carriers are registered and compliant
* Greeting drivers, visitors and contractors in a polite and professional manner
* Supporting the receipt and dispatch of site materials
* Completing daily checks on equipment and reporting any defects
* Assisting with inductions and maintaining accurate site records
* Maintaining site security and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
What are we looking for?
* Good understanding of Health & Safety and environmental requirements
* Strong communication skills and ability to deal with a range of people
* Computer literate with the ability to use operating systems
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Experience in a similar role or operational environment (desirable, not essential)
* A reliable, flexible and detail-oriented approach
