BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Berks County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. How You’ll Make an Impact:
* Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
* Accompany/Drive clients on errands and appointments
* Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
* Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
* Participate in community integration activities and social outings
Compensation & Schedule:
* Competitive pay starting at $17.50
* weekly pay
* Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
* Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)

* Consistent 1:1 clients

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
* One year experience working with Intellectual and Development Disabilities
* High school diploma or equivalent
