* Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year.

The Role and Responsibilities As our new Mechanic and MOT Tester, you will be a key part of our workshop team. Your duties will include:
* MOTs and Servicing: Conducting routine servicing and MOT tests to DVSA standards.
* Advanced Repairs: Working on engines, gearboxes, suspension, and electrical systems.
* Diagnostics: Performing fault diagnosis using modern diagnostic systems.
* Specialist Projects: Assisting with retrofit installations and calibration tasks.
* Workshop Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent is preferred.
* MOT License: A current MOT license is a significant advantage.
* Diagnostic Skill: Strong mechanical ability across all makes and models.
* Bonus Skills: Experience with engine/gearbox rebuilds or retrofits is a major plus.
* Essentials: A full UK Driving Licence and a positive, professional attitude.
