Amazon Connect Solutions Architect
An innovative technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-based contact centre solutions. The organisation specialises in leveraging modern technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to help businesses optimise operations and enhance customer engagement.
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid - Manchester/Sheffield/London or Remote Flexibility)
Role Responsibilities
* Design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre architectures
* Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes
* Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients
* Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation
* Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments
* Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and system design
* Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
* Direct experience with Amazon Connect or contact centre platforms
* Background in consulting and delivering tailored client solutions
* Solid understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns
* Experience designing and optimising business processes
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical needs
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
