Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, explaining solutions clearly to non-technical users to foster understanding and minimise disruption. What you bring: Experience with Windows Server and Client IT systems within a business environment is essential for this position. Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Office 365 environments, and cloud-based systems is highly desirable.
