About the Role
As a Functional Assessor, you will use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way – conducting functional assessments that help people access the support they need. Responsibilities
* Conduct functional assessments and produce high-quality reports
* Use clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions
* Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards
* Engage in continuous professional development and training
* Deliver assessments with empathy, integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
To apply, you must be a registered healthcare professional (Registered Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse or Mental Health Nurse) with at least 12 months' post-registration experience in the last 5 years and no restrictions to practice.
