Learning Support Assistant Coventry £110 per day Start Date: 02/09/2026 Hours: 08:30am - 16:30pm Contract: Temp-to-perm Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist college in Coventry, supporting learners aged 16-25 with a range of complex disabilities and additional learning needs. This is a rewarding temp-to-perm opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young adults in a nurturing and structured environment. This role offers variety, where you will support learners across different settings, helping them to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
