Our client is seeking an experienced Group Commercial Manager to help shape and drive their commercial strategy across markets and channels. This senior-level role is perfect for a commercially astute leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, insight, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial initiatives to grow profitable market share and enhance brand equity.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to build market and customer strategies.
* Develop data-led plans, KPIs, and dashboards to measure performance and drive decisions.
* Oversee value proposition, pricing, promotional strategies, and competitor mapping.
* Support channel optimisation, new sector development, and brand execution plans.
Key Requirements:
* 5–7 years in commercial roles (Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Development, etc.).
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing cross-functional projects.
* Confident in pricing, P&L understanding, and strategic planning.
* Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Degree in Business or similar field.
