The ideal candidate will be presentable, professional, and upbeat, with excellent communication skills, including telephone manner. Previous experience in a front-of-house role is preferred but not mandatory. The role involves working night shifts, so flexibility and a lifestyle suited to this schedule are essential. You should be trustworthy, able to work independently, and proactive in your approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and check-in/check-out guests in accordance with brand standards.
* Handle guest inquiries via email and phone professionally.
* Perform night audits and security checks.
* Ensure guest welfare during night hours.
* Manage cash and card transactions following company policies.
* Take on duty management responsibilities as required.
