Your new role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support firm-wide growth and development across all practice areas.
2. Coordinate staff administration for new starters, leavers, and promotions.
3. Arrange photography sessions for PR and internal use.
4. Manage promotional email signatures and ensure brand consistency.
5. Engage with partner and sponsorship organisations on social media.
6. Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and insights.
7. Assist with scheduling and tracking social media engagement.
8. Support planning and delivery of events, webinars, and hospitality.
9. Prepare and send email campaigns; monitor performance and maintain mailing lists.
10. Liaise with external networks and membership bodies.
11. Provide administrative support for sponsorship activities.
12. Coordinate regional marketing initiatives.
13. Collate PR coverage and internalmunication statistics.
14. Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
15. Assist with internalmunications, branded materials, and office supplies.
16. Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and reports.
17. Travel to regional offices and support out-of-office activities as required.
