MC Truck & Bus Ltd (part of the MC Group) is a successful and established Volvo and Isuzu truck dealer in the South of England. We operate multi-franchised dealer points alongside a dynamic rental business.

Are you looking to start your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and strong IT skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Central Administration team at a leading Volvo and Isuzu Truck Dealership.

Location: Aylesford

Hours:- Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Central Administration Department. This entry-level role offers the chance to learn and support a variety of key functions that are vital to the smooth running of our dealership operations.

You will gain hands-on experience across a range of tasks, including:

· Supporting service scheduling through our Volvo Optimized Service Plan (VOSP)

· Assisting with the management of warranty and contract claims

· Processing contract quotes and managing contract extensions

· Handling invoicing and general admin tasks as required

What We're Looking For

No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who:

· Has good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

· Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy

· Is keen to learn, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

· Works well both independently and as part of a team

· Brings a positive, can-do attitude to every day
