Main duties of the job

We're excited to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Patient Care Coordination centre (PCC).We're looking someone who is motivational, inspiring and organised with strong proven leadership skills, wanting to take the next step.Your focus will be to deliver and grow with implemented continuous improvements with your team and PCC. Looking for solutions to mitigate any risk to the delivery of service.Along with strong leadership and communication skills to build relationships within the team and other stakeholders.You should have a high level of being able to analyse complex information and get involved in the detail, whilst having a strategic approach to all that you do. Championing change where necessary.
