Job Description
1. Creation and sending out new and renewal contracts for gym maintenance, pool and spa maintenance, and inductions.
2. Ensuring contracts are sent within the required time period.
3. Ensuring all contracts are renewed before their expiry date.
4. Making sure the customer has provided a PO and/or signed the contract so invoicing can proceed.
5. Invoicing all contracts.
6. Maintaining up-to-date contact lists to ensure contracts are sent to the correct recipients, increasing the likelihood of receiving signed contracts.
7. Once a contract is signed, notifying maintenance/inductions teams to implement mobilisation and scheduling according to the contract.
8. Liaising with Rolstone Langmead to follow up on new installs and contract implementation.
9. Regularly reviewing the contracts process and proposing efficiency improvements.
10. Keeping all documents updated and properly filed.
11. Liaising with the maintenance coordinator manager to receive gym maintenance schedules.
12. Booking gym maintenance visits with relevant sites.
