Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and motivate a small team of travel consultants — ranging from seasoned experts to those new to the industry. You’ll inspire confidence, nurture talent, and help the team deliver outstanding tailor-made holidays that delight our clients and drive our growth.
Note: The original listing mentions "Holiday Designers" and includes other role and listing details. This refined version focuses on the core Sales Manager role and removes extraneous postings and boilerplate while preserving the original information.
About Us
Creating Memories: We believe that memorable moments make the perfect holiday — a story shared around a campfire, a street-food stall on a busy corner, a beautiful sunset. We build our trips around authentic experiences and carefully chosen boutique hotels and luxury hideaways.
Real Travel Experts: Our team truly love travel. They know the exceptional guides, the best places to stay, and the authentic details that make each trip unforgettable.
It’s All About Our Clients: We aim to surpass expectations at every step, which is why we have so many repeat clients, word-of-mouth referrals, and a 99% five-star Trustpilot rating.

* Identify training needs and deliver or coordinate ongoing development.
* Enhance sales processes to ensure efficiency and an outstanding client experience.
* Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure smooth handovers and seamless holidays.
* Contribute to recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

* Commercially aware, confident in managing KPIs and driving performance.
* Client-focused, with a deep understanding of consultative, relationship-based sales.
* Collaborative and approachable, able to bring out the best in others.
* Previous sales management experience is ideal — but if you’re a Senior Travel Consultant or Team Leader ready for the next step, and you have extensive tailor-made travel experience, we’d love to hear from you.
