AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners & landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK. We have a vacancy for the role of a full time time Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team. The role will be based at a London Road Retail Park, Newbury. Pay: £13.50 an hour Hours: 13.5 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 06.30am till 11.00am As a Multi-Skilled Operative you will be fully involved in the cleaning, landscaping & general maintenance/handyman duties of the site in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and specific tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule and patrol matrix. You will also have some basic DIY skills and happy to learn and get involved with standard Landscaping duties on site. Your duties will include the following: Car park and communal area cleaning - including the emptying of public bins. Litter pick common areas within the site & sweeping all and any curb edges. Basic DIY duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview stage) Basic Landscaping duties (to be discussed and agreed at interview stage) About you: Have previous cleaning experience Have previous Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping experience Ideally hold PA1 & PA6 certificates Possess good health and fitness.
