- E nsure that all learning is inclusive and diverse, identifying training needs and ensuring that all training is dynamic and practical.
- D rive engagement within the PPD field and College community, ensuring standardisation and consistency across the division.
* Organising, supporting and enhancing the onboarding process for new starters into PPD.
* Contributing to the overall internal training strategy.
* Organising and executing internal training programs.
* Planning and organising internal PPD events.
* Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives to bridge the skills gap both internally and within the College sector.
* Working alongside the PPD College Lead to support future talent pipelines.
* Contributing and assisting in organising PPD College initiatives, workshops and events.
* Supporting the design and the execution of the Future Talent social media strategy.
* Tracking, measuring and analysing the impact and effectiveness of training on the business.
