Team Leader – Social Care Recruitment (Perm/Temp) Location: Greater Manchester/Liverpool Salary: £45,000 DOE Negotiable Commission An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, Lead Consultant or Branch Manager to launch and lead a brand-new Social Care recruitment. This role offers the chance to build and grow a team while developing a highly profitable desk within an established and expanding recruitment business. With access to several large PSL agreements covering 250 services and additional exclusive roles with key providers, the successful candidate will step into a strong market position with significant growth potential. The Role Establish and lead a new Social Care recruitment branch Manage a desk across permanent and temporary placements within the social care sector Build strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and hiring managers Utilise existing PSL agreements and exclusive roles to generate placements Develop and implement growth strategies for the branch Recruit, mentor, and build a team as the branch expands Ensure high standards of service delivery to both clients and candidates The Ideal Candidate Experienced Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Branch Manager within recruitment Background in Social Care recruitment preferred (perm or temp) Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and revenue streams Strong leadership potential with ambitions to build and lead a team Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to launch and grow a new branch Target-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills What’s on Offer Salary up to £45,000 DOE Negotiable commission structure Opportunity to build and lead a brand-new branch Exclusive client roles already in place Clear pathway to build and grow a high-performing team This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional to take ownership of a new branch and shape its long-term success within a growing organisation.
