My Client who are in the FMCG space are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager with a background in product sales to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively selling and supporting their product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored product solutions. Drive new business through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new product opportunities within existing accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align client feedback with product development and improvements. Monitor client health, usage trends, and contract renewals, taking proactive steps to ensure retention and satisfaction. Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance updates to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and product training sessions to stay current with market trends and product knowledge. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in account management or sales, specifically involving product-based sales Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts. Strong understanding of sales processes, consultative selling, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
