Job Description What you'll be doing:
Prepare and administer project controls procedures and provide training to the team
Prepare management reporting both internally and client facing
Review and implement project procedures/processes aligned with client requirements
Attend cost and value report meetings, facilitate performance dashboard and risk review meetings
Ensure quality and timely submissions of reviewed performance measurement sheets and dashboard reports
Review and analyse earned value data (Planned, Earned, Actual, Remaining, At Completion)
Maintain a structure for monitoring forecast and actual data against budgets and previous forecasts
Establish a quantity tracking system and prepare quantity unit rate reports
Actively identify, implement and support process improvements
Support the head of project controls and lead planners with analysis of trend data and provision of metrics for review
Who we're looking for:
Essential:
Previous experience as a project controls manager in a major multi-discipline engineering environment
Previous experience of working in a portfolio environment in a client facing role
Budgeting and Earned Value Management experience – from design engineering to construction
