Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Area Lead to oversee operations within our aseptic cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient production of high‑quality products in accordance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of operators.
* Maintain strict aseptic practices.
* Drive continuous improvement across the production area.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience of leading a team or ability to demonstrate leadership behaviours.
• Knowledge of business computer systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications.

* Annual salary: up to £32,097 depending on experience.
* Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service).
* Pension: auto‑enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
