We’re working with a highly respected, fast-growing legal practice to recruit an experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor into their thriving Newcastle team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters, acting for major financial services clients and delivering pragmatic, results-driven solutions:
* Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery litigation matters
* Advising clients on strategy, risk, and recovery options
* Driving cases forward through litigation, negotiation, and enforcement
* Delivering commercial, efficient outcomes
* Building strong relationships with financial institution clients
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE
* Strong background in litigation and debt recovery
* Experience managing high-volume caseloads
* Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* Previous experience mentoring or supervising others is highly desirable
