Customer Service Advisor Full Time or Part Time
Our client is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join their busy and supportive team.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, handling a wide range of enquiries including repairs, tenancy-related matters, and general customer support. You'll be confident communicating with people from all backgrounds, able to problem-solve effectively, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or service-based role
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
* A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
