Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high profile. In a world of increasing complexity, clients and Regulators focus more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves managing adverse outcomes from errors in financial models. You'll work on model development, validation, governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients with prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks through assurance, deal support, and optimization services.
* Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focus on retail clients, addressing conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
How you’ll grow with us
This three-year programme helps you build experience and expertise in Risk management across finance sectors, aligned with our 'learn for a lifetime' philosophy. You will work toward the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
The teams you could work in
You will advise clients on regulatory compliance and sustainability integration into Risk management. You’ll develop tailored solutions that make a positive impact. If you’re curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive here.
