With an increase in project demands, they are looking for experienced Construction or Civils Estimator to join their team. These roles are critical in preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring competitive pricing, and supporting successful project delivery. The right candidates will have a strong background in construction or civil estimating, ideally gained within the UK / Irish construction market. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for modular construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes to assess costs Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Assist in contract negotiations and project financial planning Work closely with internal teams to ensure budgets align with project goals Stay up to date on industry costs, materials, and construction methods Requirements Proven experience as a construction or civils estimator Modular experience highly desirable!
