You’ll co-manage payroll and benefits administration across multiple European locations, supporting a growing international organisation. *Experience with both UK and European payrolls is essential to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll administration across UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. Inputting and validating payroll data in HRIS and via outsourced provider. Administering employee benefits and managing third-party providers. Responding to payroll and benefit queries from staff and Partners. Supporting audits and preparing regular/ad-hoc reports. Maintaining HR systems and employee records accurately. Ideal Candidate Profile: UK & European payroll experience essential. Italy and France payroll experience highly desirable.
