Role – Senior Landscape Architect
Location – Manchester
Salary – £38K- £45K
We are working with a multidisciplinary consulting who due to expansion are now looking for a Senior Landscape Architect. They are a well-established practice who´s multi-disciplinary expertise includes masterplanning, environmental assessment, landscape design, urban design, ecology, arboriculture and architecture.
SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS
* A degree in Landscape Architecture
* 5 years’ experience
* A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
* Experience in both Landscape Planning & Landscape Design
* The ability to manage your own projects
* Experience of concept design and detailed landscape design
* Experience of masterplanning would be advantageous
* Experience in LVIA is desirable
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Proficient in a range of 2D and 3D CAD software
* Vectorworks, LSS, Lumion and GIS experience would be desirable
* Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication skills.
* Ability to supervise junior members of staff
* A full UK driving licence and vehicle
