Job Summary Data Analyst- Advanced Service Release has a responsibility to review new/major European product programs identified in the corporate cycle plan or by other means, monitoring and assessing new vehicle program development. The core task is the establishment of a program specific Service Bill of Material defining the repair and service parts brand needs to support the program. Job Duties Develop the Service Bill of Material (SBOM) based on technical and commercial aspects. Program planning of service parts: Analyse global vehicle cycle plan regarding timing, content, complexity Creation of the list of required spare parts and accessories for the new program. Monitor Service Release Quality and propose corrective actions Review part designs regarding serviceability and repair efficiency Report on results as appropriate Support reporting processes, methods and solutions.
