Overview
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager/surveyor to survey our sold jobs, and manage the installations through to customer satisfaction and payment. The successful applicant will have a selection of trusted installers to call on from all of the Midlands, through to South Yorkshire and expanding in the future. The pay stated is basic wage, bonuses will apply for on target installation weekly.
Duties
* Manage and supervise installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates throughout the installation process.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
* Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee that all installations meet industry standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the Double Glazing industry.
* Proficiency in using word, email, and great communication skills.
* Familiarity with construction painting techniques is desirable.
* Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
