An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for a passionate Chemistry Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Birmingham.
Starting in January, this role is ideal for a Chemistry Teacher looking to teach Chemistry to KS3 and KS4 students, with the opportunity to teach at KS5.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, covering core topics like chemical reactions, periodic table, and stoichiometry.
Inspire KS5 students with advanced lessons focusing on organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
Regularly assess student progress in Chemistry and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Chemistry curriculum and explore innovative teaching approaches.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Chemistry education and incorporate new ideas into your lessons.
Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Chemistry or a related subject.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary level.
