Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of private client work including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and tax planning
* Develop long-standing client relationships aligned with the firm's 'clients for life' ethos
* Contribute to business development activities and maintain professional networks
* Collaborate within a large, experienced team to support knowledge-sharing and mentoring
* Engage with firm-wide initiatives and community outreach where appropriate
Candidate Profile
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with minimum 1 year's PQE for roles based in Banstead or Sutton
* Solid experience in private client matters and strong technical ability
* A personable, pragmatic, and client-focused approach
* Enthusiasm for professional development and contributing to the wider team
