Band 3 Living Well Therapy Assistant based at Sobell House – 22.5 hours per week on a fixed‑term contract for 1 year.
About the Service
The Living Well service aims to enable and empower individuals by providing skills, knowledge and support to achieve their goals and to live day to day with purpose and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Provide creative activity, rehabilitation and wellbeing‑focused support to patients and their carers.
* Plan, organise and deliver a range of creative activities and craft projects.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centred care and improve mental and physical well‑being.
Qualifications
* Creative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Team player committed to collaborative working with patients and colleagues.
* Commitment to delivering patient‑centred care and to improving well‑being.
Optional Travel
Cross‑cover may be required at Katharine House hospice, potentially involving some travel.
