Role Responsibilities
* Participate in a paid, 4-hour instructional fellowship to master “Prompt Engineering” and “Adversarial Testing.”
* Learn to apply the “Context, Clarity, Constraint” framework to design precise, high-impact prompts.
* Develop skills to identify and induce reasoning errors in advanced AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini.
* Complete interactive modules that teach you to differentiate between retrieval mistakes and logical reasoning failures.
* Successfully finish the academy assessments to become eligible for Mercor’s expert-level AI training projects.
Requirements
* Strong domain expertise in any field (e.g., finance, engineering, medicine, humanities, creative writing, or education).
* Ability to distinguish between surface-level responses and deep expert reasoning in your discipline.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Curiosity and interest in exploring the boundaries of AI capabilities.
* No paid AI tools required; all work can be completed using free, public resources.
