Responsibilities
* The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the store, including sales forecasting, scheduling, and cost of sales control, while maintaining high operational standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Lead and coach a team to achieve success and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years' experience running a fast-paced, customer-led QSR, restaurant or hospitality operation as Store/General Manager.
* Flexible with working hours; stores are predominantly busy in the evenings, late nights, and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
* Comprehensive training provided.
* Basic salary of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
