About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join our team, supporting Key Account Managers, Senior Sales Managers, and Senior Product Managers in driving sales and managing the full product lifecycle within the regulated market industry. You will also contribute to the expansion of new business opportunities for Cerulean.

In this role, you will independently manage the entire sales cycle for assigned accounts, with a strong focus on fostering growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, engineering, and manufacturing—to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of our products.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop both technical and commercial expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced product environment

Responsibilities

6. Support the senior team to drive business growth and enhance profitability through strategic order management
7. Maintain and follow up on a structured pipeline of prospects with timely and strategic engagement using all the company’s tools
8. Prepare high-quality quotations and commercial documentation to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using all the company’s tools
9. Conduct customer visits to pursue leads and support project execution.
10. Deliver monthly reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence
11. Ensure accurate purchase order handover to internal teams through active participation relevant meetings
12. Recommend regional marketing initiatives including visits, trade shows, advertising, and promotional materials.
13. Collaborate with the Service Manager to promote chargeable services and spare parts where applicable
14. Assist in the development and testing of new products and features.
15. Support the product lifecycle from concept through to production and post-launch improvements.
16. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
17. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
18. Participate in product trials, validations, and quality reviews.
19. Analyze product performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
20. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed.

What You Need to Be Successful

21. Technical or science-based degree.
22. Basic technical understanding of testing equipment and capital goods sales cycles.
23. Up to 18 months of experience in capital goods sales, ideally in export markets with exposure to export finance and documentation.
24. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic are a plus.
25. Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing administrative tasks (CRM, CPQ, ERP, reports, visit logs).
26. Confident in building customer relationships and delivering technical-commercial presentations.
27. Willingness to travel extensively (50–75%) and operate independently without agent support.
28. Basic understanding of product development processes and manufacturing principles.
29. Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation habits.
