Role Overview
As a Marketing & Engagement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting campaign delivery and customer experience initiatives, including:
* Representing nationally recognised brands through direct and event-based marketing
* Assisting with day-to-day campaign operations and office coordination
* Managing logistics and supporting promotional activities
* Conducting customer insights research and analysing campaign data
* Building lasting client relationships and improving brand engagement
* Participating in structured coaching in communication, sales strategy, and leadership
This role sets a strong foundation for advancement into brand management, client relations, or team leadership.
